Technology x Karlie Kloss partnership seems to be one made of sugar and spice and everything nice. The tech enthusiast, who is currently obtaining a degree at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study of New York University, is founder of Kode With Klossy, a summer camp where 80 young women are invited to join a community of female coding students. At the camp the attending would-be-coders are given the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of programming Ruby.
The model, who recently attended CES in Las Vegas, confessed in an interview with Fast Company, that in her free time, she is more likely to obsess over code than clothes. With a clear objective to change the stigma that programming is just for boys, Kode with Klossy program introduces computer programming in a fun and collaborative way. For those who cannot attend the camp, you might be interested to know that Kloss has recently compiled a playlist on YouTube under the title “Coding is a Superpower.” If you are looking to obtain or strengthen your coding power then be sure to check out her top must watch selection here.
