Harry’s Hi-Tech Fabric Sneakers Observed Through a Futuristic Lens

The trend is athleticism, and the target is the fashion savvy younger generation.

We can report that there is another event taking place this week besides CES, and that is London Fashion Week Mens. This season, technology, for British label Harrys of London, comes in the shape of high tech fabric and 3D printing. Their AW17 footwear range has been designed with a new flexible 3D innersole that provides cushioning and can be adjusted to provide a customized fit. The collection also brags specially designed tech carbon fiber fabric.

On the technology, Harrys of London’s chief executive officer, Steven Newey shared, “This season we have really challenged ourselves to bring in new styles and colors to attract a wider audience. Taking a truly 360 degree view of our product ranges, from fall 2017, all Harrys of London footwear will feature innovative Technogel 3D innersoles providing our customers with the ultimate footwear experience.”

Available in a variety of shades and fabrics that include metallic-paneled high-tops to mesh lace-up sneakers and color block slip-ons, we look forward to seeing whether the technology at Men’s Fashion Week will surpass technology showcased last season at LFW.
