Prettier than the average Fitbit, high-end designer labels are continuing to jump on the smartwatch bandwagon with enthusiasm. Recently we were introduced to Tory Burch’s ToryTrack Hybrid, Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon, and available to buy this week is American designer Marc Jacob’s Riley Hybrid.
The Riley, a Fun Fashion Hybrid Smartwatch
Absent on this year’s Wareable Tech Awards nominations list, the Riley Hybrid is an inexpensive choice for those who want a watch with technological abilities similar to their smartphone. With basic smart features expected of an intelligent timepiece the Riley can track steps, access text messages, track your goals, play music and it has the ability to record your life from your wristwatch.
“I find technology hugely important to fashion. But I don’t know how to engage with it as much as I wish I did,” Marc Jacobs said in a press release. Available in four styles and retailing at $175, the Riley doesn’t require any charging. You can now purchase both online and in select boutiques and department stores.
