With a unique patent-pending technology that recognises your hand when you pick it up, Neeo is not another fancy NearableTech device that promises the Jetsons and gives us the Flintstones, it is a smart home automation system that delivers the “ultimate experience”.
Working in two parts, Neeo introduces us to The Brain and The Remote. The Brain commands all home smart devices and gadgets and is made of lightweight solid aluminium and acrylic. The Remote controls your devices and can detect your palm to match you with your profile and display your playlists, films, and favorites instantly. Simply put, think of it as The Brain connects and The Remote controls.

According to the Neeo team, the Remote’s 291dpi display boasts more pixels per inch than the standard Apple iPad Retina. We love that it not only has a rechargeable battery but that when it decides to go walkabout, like most remotes do, you can activate an SOS alarm using our smartphone so we find it easier.
So what other role does our everyday smartphone play in the Neeo story? Well, it is compatible with both iOS and android. All you have to do is simply download the app. Once downloaded the app will allow you to command The Brain and the devices in your home. For example, you will be able to control the TV, sound system and the light all with one app.
Compatible with all major AV products produced in the last 10 years, Neeo has over 30,000 devices in its database, which makes setting up quite easy peasy. Available in limited edition White Rabbit and Black Cat, Neeo knows who you are, aims to please, and gently opens the door to the world of Nearables( IoT).
Be part of the Neeo Story and FUND IT on Kickstarter- there are 9 days left as of Tuesday 3rd February 2015!
